Not impressed with the software user interface and support.

I can not say that there was anything in the software that I liked.

I signed up for a free trial and found the software very difficult to use, and did not continued using it. Tried to cancel the free trial but it was difficult, as there were not instructions on how to cancel. I also did not get an email notification as a reminder that the trial would end and my card was debited. I asked for a refund, contacted support, and the response time from the online chat is very slow. Not impressed with this service at all! Will I get my refund in 7 days??!! Also looking at their reviews on Capterra, they only respond to the good reviews, and not to the bad ones that they are receiving.

I love using this tool to generate campaign ads because it is so easy to use and the creatives are high-quality. I love that I can create and test ads for my campaigns in only a few minutes.
