Being open to change was worth it
Professional, fast, and actually available.
PROSThe CRMs basic structure provided viewing of task, scheduled meetings, lead management and my book of business within one location. The ease of use for appointments and the wrapping into other tools helps my time management. Though the biggest “like” is the AI note management and structure. It’s all our clinicians speak about.
CONSIt’s a positive and a negative. Navix seems to be changing a lot. This is because they listen to their customers. So for someone who is not part of the change, it could effect their use. So they are starting to wrap in update emails ans correspondence sometimes daily.

Finally a software system that integrates.
The ease and usability is what we have been searching for in our practice. Navix has thought of everything.
CONSAs of now I haven’t experienced any difficulties with Navix. They respond expediently to any questions or requests.

Navix advantages and disadvantages
It is easy to use, also the UI is attractive to the user and lastly it helps the hospitals and patients to handle processes more efficient than the current process that it have.
CONSSome of the features are slow when it comes to response.
