Cordial does it best
Super positive. As I've gotten more familiar with the tool it's enabled me to grow our email marketing program quickly and I've learned a lot along the way.
PROSI think the customization of different email building components that Cordial allows you to have is my favorite feature. Our email campaigns wouldn't look as good as they do in other tools simply because they can't function like Cordial does. Overall it's helped ramped up our email program to be industry leading.
CONSJust the learning curve really, but that comes with most new systems and tools. With all the different functionality that comes with Cordial, logging in for the first time and diving into the tool can be overwhelming but there are plenty of resources online and with their support and account management teams that are able to help solve problems quickly and effectively.

Cordial is Top-Notch
Great experience so far, and excited to continue the relationship and grow together!
PROSThe interface is very user friendly. I'd never heard of Cordial prior to joining virgin voyages, but was able to easily learn the platform. But mostly I cannot say enough great things about [sensitive content hidden], and just the support we receive from them on a daily basis. Anything we need, we reach out in slack and get prompt responses every time and nearly always get a solution.
CONSI think the only thing we find is sometimes Cordial may not easily integrate with some of our external partners.
Reasons for switching to Cordial
The switch occured before my arrival to the company, but the primary factor was cost.

Easy to use and supportive team, would like more features out of the box
The ease of use of the sculpt template feature.
CONSThe lack of dynamic content / personalization features out of the box. We've had to request lots of these features which the team is looking into implemnting.

Great Technology and Support
Amazing! We love the product and our support team.
PROSMy team loves the ease of use and the support that we receive from the Cordial team to customize things to our specific needs.
CONSMost of our limitations are actually internal data issues. The major thing we've wanted to see is more options for analytics around trends/link tracking, etc.

Fast and Flexible
Overall has been very positive experience, especially moving from an older legacy ESP
PROSPlatform runs fast and the team is very helpful with building solutions
CONSCould use some quality of life items like a coupon manager or interface for recommendation management
