In-App Engagement in an E-Commerce App Can Be Definetely Increased With This Amazing Tool

Storyly allows us to communicate with our users in a really interactive way. The engagement rates we've seen have been in the range of 25 percent to 30 percent. And this rate isn't just for one month; it's a rate we see every month in a way that's fully sustainable. Simultaneously, we contribute to our product marketing and sales by achieving CTR rates of up to 50%. Storyly is an essential component of our application! Well done Storyly Team!

PROS

We would not have imagined, as Turkey's leading optics brand, that we could bring interaction to our e-commerce platform before partnering with Storyly. We can communicate with users within the application using Storyly's interactive elements, and it also serves as a medium for our product promotions. At the Dashboard level, it has a highly user-friendly interface, and finally, and most importantly, you may contact Storyly's Customer Success Team at any time to discuss potential use-cases for your application.

CONS

To be honest, there is no significant dissatisfaction. Storyly is a rapidly growing SaaS that provides its users with a wide range of capabilities. We aim to implement the Personalization solutions they provided in the previous period into action as soon as possible. We can't keep up with Storyly because it's growing too quickly. []

Reason for choosing Storyly

We were aware that the Story format is an must-to-have format since lots of retail users experienced it on social media channels. We thought it would be beneficial to add this feature to our application and since it requires serious technical development on our side, we have decided to outsource this service. When we researched this service, we realized that the service is only provided by the Storyly Team worldwide. And thanks to the lightweight SDK, we made the integration very easily.

For Feature Adoption and Campaign Participation, Storyly is a "Must Have" Tool!

Storyly had great results on reach and engagement metrics thanks to its interactive features and mobile-native experience. For example, when launching a new credit card campaign with BirKart, Birbank used Stories to publicize it, and the campaign participation rate increased by 64%! Birbank reached 50% of their clients via stories for the "Cashback Program," with a CTR of roughly 40% in the first week of the campaign. Stories have been shown to be a more effective technique in reaching customers than push alerts, which have a 57 percent opt-in rate and a 4 percent open rate.

PROS

Storyly is a really easy-to-use service. Its interactive components and CTA capabilities are quite beneficial for communicating with consumers as well as enhancing campaign and product application conversions. Not only because of the features, but also because of the customer success team, which contacts with you at every step of the way and guides you through the process with their guidance!

CONS

There is no general dissatisfaction or cons. We're excited to see what new features will be added in the future.

Reason for choosing Storyly

Since many retail users experienced the Story format on social media channels, we knew it was a must-have format. We thought it would be helpful to add this functionality to our program, but because it would need significant technical work on our part, we chose to outsource it. But if you want to buy a 3rd party engagement tool in a financial institution, issues such as information security are of great importance here. When we look at the providers of this service and evaluate issues such as information security, we discovered that it is solely provided by the Storyly Team around the world. We were able to integrate quickly because to the lightweight SDK.

Best engagement tool for App Marketers

PROS

Storyly increased our customer engagement exponentially. It's in-app features are very user friendly. This has enabled us to interact with our users without spamming them. Great customer support from Storyly team.

CONS

Overall experience with Storyly is very good. Only thing I would Storyly to include is customized plan as per the needs and goals of their subacriber. This will make it affordable for many start-ups.

It's that simple, interacting with users!

For a platform for mothers and mothers-to-be, producing the content that users want to consume might be a very problematic situation. We solved this problem with the feedback mechanism offered by Storyly. With response rates of 50% on average, we offer participatory application management. Furthermore, providing them with interactive features is quite beneficial in terms of sharing information. Our users are accustomed to the Story format and want to see more content on this channel, as seen by the engagement rate of roughly 25%.

PROS

We have no trouble interacting with users thanks to Storyly. We can collect input by using different elements such as Poll, Multiple Choice Questions to connect with our users. Following that, we use the feedback to determine our content strategy and these feedbacks are provided by the interactive elements provided by Storyly. It is actually amazing. Not only that, but we use the Countdown interactive to pique the user's interest and pre-announce the live broadcasts we'll be doing within the app. We believed we were dealing with a complicated problem before Storyly, but then we realized how simple the solution was!

CONS

There is no dissatisfaction with any scenario in general! However, because the service we are currently receiving is so essential to us, we may be able to demand a wide range of features. Storyly is a growing product, and we're very pleased about the new features that are coming soon!

With Storyly, it's a child's play to increase engagement in an e-commerce application!

With its interactive aspects, a space has created within the application where we can communicate with users and collect their comments. This is a feature that provides a lot of value to an e-commerce application. Furthermore, you may use the "Product Tags" feature to redirect to multiple links on a single creative at the same time. This is really handy for creating bunddle campaigns and combos in the inside. Some of the numeric findings that make us delighted with this product are the engagement rate and CTR, which we can state are at a satisfactory level.

PROS

Any location where you may visually communicate with clients about usages, designs, and inspirations is extremely beneficial if you're an e-commerce application working in the home improvement vertical. With its full-screen experience, Storyly offers a decisive option at this time. In addition, the CTA elements are particularly successful at the conversion point, shortening the sales funnel according to the use cases. Currently, the ideas she proposes are among my favorites! Of course, the Customer Success Team, which is knowledgeable in both technical and digital world and can be reached at any time, is an integral part of this wonderful product!

CONS

There is no dissatisfaction! When we finished the Storyly integration, I considered how we would act proactively when it came to creating content for this channel, but the recent collaboration between Storyly and Canva seemed to have taken care of that concern. We can now easily use the Canva designs on the Storyly Dashboard! In the foreseeable period, we want to continue in this manner.

Outstanding Product for Onboarding, Conversion, and Campaign Participation!

I can confidently assert that it provides a solution in terms of onboarding and campaign participation. The CTR ratios in the content we post regarding our IPO processes range from 50% to 30%, which we consider to be quite good. Furthermore, it was a concern about how users would utilize the app and take advantage of the campaigns, and Storyly provided a user-friendly solution at this point with the help of their onboarding solutions.

PROS

The product is quite simple to use. After only a few minutes with the dashboard, I quickly learned how to use it. Customer Success Team is also available at all times, and they are true digital experts. We also receive comments on the scenarios we've integrated in our app. It provided a significant contribution to the users' onboarding processes in the case of Osmanli Mobil, and we also caught a serious campaign engagement in the content we created for the Initial Public Offering Offerings.

CONS

There isn't any significant dissatisfaction. Many of the product's planned features, on the other hand, excite us. We're eager to have these enhancements implemented as soon as possible.
