Fieldworker review for SCs
I have really enjoyed being able to use this system to create monthly monitoring tools for my clients, I've enjoyed giving my feedback and letting the team know what would be helpful from an SC's point of view.
PROSThis system pulls information from iRecord that we don't have to worry about looking up, typing and starting each document from scratch. This prevents missing data or typographical errors. By this information being pulled automatically, this greatly helps in cutting overall time for completion of MTs by more than half. This system is also useful in keeping the items that require follow up from the month prior presented as soon as you open the following month's report.
CONSI don't appreciate that it sometimes kicks me out and it doesn't always save the report exactly from where I left off.

My companies experience with FieldWorker
Using FieldWorker has helped our company schedule and keep track of all of our field staff, using an easy to operate portal.
PROSEverything was customizable. Our staff worked closely with FieldWorker's team to tailor the product to our companies needs.
CONSIt was our first time using software of this type. There was a learning curve but because of the software's intuitive features and the help of FieldWorker's Support staff, we were using up and running in a short time.

Switch to FieldWorker has been amazing
The team at Fieldworker has been wonderful accommodating our needs when first transitioning from our previous provider and currently, as we identify new needs. They have been able to customize and add fields we needed to meet reporting requirements.
PROSOur company loves the many conveniences that Fieldworker offers, such as talk to text, availability of an app to access on our cell phone and tablets, and with those features, real time documentation. This saves a great deal of time in documentation, which is always a struggle for any case manager or social worker.
CONSOccasional glitches occur, but all have been correctable and support has always been available from the Fieldworker team.
Reasons for switching to FieldWorker
We were wasting a lot of time and money on documentation having to enter notes once back in the office at a computer. Now, we can record the notes closer to real time while out in the field conducting visits, meetings, etc. Expense was also a huge consideration, our previous provider was becoming cost prohibitive but FieldWorker has made it more affordable, allowing my agency to continue to grow.
