We originally chose DOXY.me and really had to find an easier and simpler TELEMED Solution... There were connectivity issues with DOXY and their CUSTOMER SERVICE was non existent. HIPAA VIDEO is the Industry Leader!

Very Professional. Staff very attentive. Platform is better than DOXY.me and others. Patients appreciate the simple sign on and clear video experience.

HIPAA video review
None; everything okay for the most part. Sometimes the program does not work well.
PROSI like the calendar; very organized, and the emails for the appointments are sent immediately. When it works for people, it works well.
CONSI have found that many of my patients who have android phone types such as Samsung, etc. cannot use the app. I am unable to see or speak with them.

With regards to the trouble your patients sometimes have with Samsung phones, we've recently updated our Android app, so perhaps ask them to make sure they've downloaded the latest version. Or it might be worth mentioning, they don't even really need the app. Our service can work right through the Chrome web browser on their phones. HIPAA Video and Telehealth
It allows me to continue my practice during COVID. It is very convenient. I am reluctant to return to in person appointments.
PROSI am not a computer person. I left my in person practice one day and started using HIPAAVideo the next. Somehow we made it. Somehow they got me going. HIPAA has been very good about offering assistance and I have certainly appreciated that. I began using the product because of COVID. It has turned out to be very convenient even outside the COVID issue to allow clients to save the time required going to and from my office. Another surprising feature. Somehow, related to the timing, I now rarely go over in the session-- better for the client and for me.
CONSI am no longer able to see the elapsed time on the screen. That was a helpful reminder to me.

N/A But I want to say that I like to be able to say that the product is HIPAA compliant. That is very important to me.

CONSThere are occasional glitches with the program but they are usually resolved quickly

Very useful and great quality
It's easy for me and my patients to use. Very straightforward and clean interface. It's easy to schedule an appointment. It also works on any of my devices.
CONSI would be nice if they have a payment option for patients.

HIPAA is the most affordable software that I could find at the same time the quality is excellent
The most important quality for me is it's HIPAA compliant.
PROSThe software was easy to learn and I could start using it the same day that I signed up.
CONSI have not used this software long enough to express any cons at this point.
