Good collaboration in multi user CAVE
As it is used for driving our multi user CAVE, we value the ease of loading different types of models without any hassle. It also enables us to collaborate not only inside the CAVE but also with others elsewhere of the internet.
CONSIt lacks an API for remote handling, e.q. load models, move to defined points in space etc.

Checking accessabitly of the lashing points of an excavator
helps a lot to get a real size overview of the developed machine. helps to get another point of view to common problems. helps identifying problems.
PROSStill easy to use, in a few minutes it is possible to learn the most common features and to interact with the 3d Modell.
CONSA lot of changes every time. so we need to learn stuff new, which allready works fine (Vive Trackers, collaboration....)

The development team is committed to resolving any initial issues with the software, indicating ongoing improvement and updates. Compared to other options, CMC ViewR is more affordable and offers great value for the functionality it provides.
CONSOne downside is the absence of an API for remote handling, which would allow me to load models or move to defined points in space remotely. I've observed that there aren't many integration options available with other tools or systems.
