Would recommend, happy customer for a few years now!
Just a great CPQ solution that helps us to improve our quotation- and pre-production process:- After one workshop able to create our own configuration models- After a few workshops able to work independently- Short reaction times from the support department- Easy and intuitive tool for our users- Integrations with our CRM, BI and ERP- Uniform quotations without errors- Bill of materials without errors- Application continues to be developed
CONSNot many things to not like about this software. But sometimes we would like to see some specific things to be developed. However, Elfsquad develops based on the needs of all customers.

Very happy with the software and the collaboration with Elfsquad
The overall experience with Elfsquad has been outstanding. As most people who are involved with the implementation have no experience with CPQ, it is key to have a company like Elfsquad that can help you with the proces of implementation.
PROSWhen selecting CPQ software some things are going to make the difference. Which are: good price, knowledgable and friendly support, easy to set up configuration models, and obviously that it works exactly as it should. I found Elfsquad to have all of these.
CONSDuring the setup-phase, when creating templates for quotes, you will need a computer running Windows.
Reason for choosing Elfsquad
We had demo's with various CPQ providers but the combination of price, quality of communication, and ease of use made Elfsquad a clear choice. Furthermore, the standard integrations with CRM and Exact Online sped up implementation tremendously.
Reasons for switching to Elfsquad
Even if the app would have been improved to work well, every new option or adding a new product would require a programmer. Which is very expensive and takes too much time.

Highly customizable and maintenance-friendly
It's customizable to a very high degree, and once you have built your system it is built to last.
CONSTakes a while to learn and to build a system.

Very nice low code software with a lot of possibilities
Elfsquad provides us a great tool to configurate our wheelchairs and get the complete quotation in our ERP system.
PROSYou can make everything yourself. And a great custmerservice
CONSFeature Add in software from Excel. This is pretty detailed, but I don't think it works very well

easy to operate. rich in configuration options project configuration is possible
PROSAs an implementer of logistics systems in the industrial laundry we need a tool in which we can build complex systems with standard building blocks. The flexibility to simply and clearly click together a complete system in the configurator is the most appreciated part
CONSThe software is young, and still in development, so it is not yet that rich in features, but there are updates every week, and the wishes we submit are also quickly realized.
