Universal design tool for enduser
I was offer a discount at the beginning platinum credit and we did not use at the moment, but I hope to use it. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always responding on my emails and is willing to give us help.
PROSInstant design tool is very easy to use once user selects proper theme for a specific product. I was lucky that company have pre made my own custom products that are specific for our photobooks including covers. If the integration was easy? I can not really say because it was all done by IT guy.
CONSI am missing one small thing that when you have more than one image on a canvas I can not connect all the images at once to move them or scale them. I would love to find this feature, when more images chosen to use them in once as I mentioned above. At the beginning it took a bit of time, but after exchanging information we have made progress and connected all the products that we have requested.

We chose Instant Design Tool because my first contact with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was my biggest impression. There is no commitment and service fee. Language translated in a main menu for enduser.

Easy integration in WooCommerce and full of rich functionalities
It makes it easy for customers to personalize products and design it to their own needs and make it personal.
PROSWhitelabeling with my own brand and the editor is very user-friendly and has a good UX.
CONSI would love to have a connection with variable products in WooCommerce. So that i would have to add only 1 product and add multiple variations (for example, multiple sizes) connected to the products in Instant design tool.
Reasons for switching to Instant Design Tool
It was very complicated to set-up and the support was not very quick and helpful.Since i use Instant Design Tool, these problems are gone.
