My overall experience is that task management and being able to communicate with my coworkers efficiently are extremely important when it comes to my work and my proficiency. Smart office has helped me to do both of those things.

This software has absolutely every feature that you could want as a business owner or associate. It is great that I can make workbooks for my students and make them visually appealing as well as organized and understandable. Every feature is available to me.

I feel like if you were using this software, you cannot integrate it with any other software‘s. So in that sense it is not a add-on but more of a replacement for your current software

Easy availability to my organization's data from everywhere, at any time; assists me in providing excellent service to my current customers; assists me in meeting more of my customers' demands; and helps me grow my customer base by transforming new leads into customers. Although it interfaces with Microsoft, the scheduling tool occasionally alters the timing of my meetings. I enjoy being able to record customer information.

Smart office's cloud-based edition was restricted in its capability to be customized at the time, nearly three years ago. It seemed to me that it was lagging behind its counterparts. A system for storing, accessing, and managing client customer data is adequate, but it may be enhanced by adding an "easy" option.

There is a wide range of choices for configuring this application. I'd been using the Windows version for months since it was the recommended software at my company. That desktop edition no longer exists since it has been replaced with an entirely cloud-based edition. I loved that I didn't bother backing up my CRM when using it.

It's a sound system for storing, accessing and managing client data, but a straightforward mode would be a welcome addition. Often, reminders are overdone. There is practically no customer support. The user interface has long since become antiquated.

It's a great application to work when you don't have a laptop on your hands. I've used it to read and edit documents when I'm out of home or the office, specially when I have to write an abstract or a technical document at work. Compared with MS Word it's very simmilar but it takes some time to get used to its features and shortcuts.

It is compatible with most other simmilar software formats (doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx) and allows be used as a pdf viewer. It also enables cloud integration with Google and Dropbox so you can share documents with other people or continue working on your document when you have your laptop close at hand.

It has an intermediate learning curve, It took me a while to get used to using the single tap to place the caret and double tap for selection.

Smart Office is a wonderful tool and is equal to Microsoft Word. It has all the same quality that Microsoft Word has.

Almost no cons. One may have trouble with saving documents in the correct format with this software however there are ways around it.
