What I like the most about Assista is that it makes time tracking easy, you just work with your Trello tasks as you would normally, and it simply tracks the time spent on each task without you even thinking about it.This also scales great when multiple people work on multiple projects.

I would love to see prettier PDF reports, it's on the roadmap, and hopefully, they will be improved soon.

Assista gives me everything I need from a time-tracking software and much more. I see accurate data of what has been worked on, by whom, how much.. I can see timelines of our actions, I can see reports grouped by member or a card or project. It's priceless.

What I love most about Assista is that it is fully integrated with our company workflow inside Trello. I don't need to start or stop buttons like other time trackers, or enter my tasks manually. Assista knows when I or my colleagues start working on any task and assigns times properly by simply looking at our actions in Trello. I don't know any other time-tracking software that does this.

That we didn't implement it sooner in our workflow :)

I like the ease and simplicity of use. I love not having to press any button to start counting time. The smart tracking is very efficient.

A negative point is having to use a column only to turn the time tracking on and off.

Assista provided me with exactly the features I needed: A simple and yet powerful add-on to Trello which allows to me track the efforts I spent on various projects, and create reports on this data each week. The support team provided great help with specific requirements I had.

When I started to use Assista, it had a minor bug but that was fixed very quickly by the developers.
