Invaluable to Marketing and Design Agencies
My business runs much more effectively especially regarding time management - an area I feel most creatives need some help with ;)
PROSTime tracking feature helps with time management on projects and allows me to measure the profitability of different projects so I can better quote similar ones in future. Adding expenses to the project is great for capturing costs that could have been missed come invoicing, and if the client does question an invoice, the reporting feature and note records are instrumental to show it in black and white.
CONSLearning how to access administration features was a little more difficult for me (I usually take a bit longer to learn when it comes to technology and software), but there are user guides provided by CanTicket that step you through.

CanTicket review
The timer has been the most useful feature so far. It gives me the ability to keep track of how much time I spend on each client.
CONSWhen a task is assigned to multiple people, it is difficult to figure out who is currently working on it in the dashboard. That would be a useful feature that can give a really good idea as to who is working on it currently without having to go into the task.

Works well!
We are managing multiple projects across teams with Canticket and it is doing its job well with documenting updates and comments within tasks. It would be great to have a quick view function of tasks but this isn't the end of the world. The product itself was easy to use and figure out how to use. The only issue our team has its not being able to quickly assess the status of tasks and the current assignee.
PROSTime tracking is a unique feature of the product and is by far the most useful for our team to understand how much time we are allocating to clients.
CONSMy only issue with the product is that there is no overview tab of all projects with a breakdown of their status that can be easily access without repeatedly applying filters. This would be solved by a kanban board.

Great for agencies!
Overall, CanTicket is easy to use and has great features such as time and expense tracking and reporting. It's clearly been designed to help agencies manage their projects and clients more efficiently and effectively.
PROSLove the time tracking and reporting features. Intuitive and easy to use. Made for agencies like ours. Was able to get the company to move from Asana onto CanTicket quite easily.
CONSTo be able to view project tasks in a different layout - for example, in a kanban board.
Reasons for switching to CanTicket
Designed by a marketing agency owner for agencies. Time tracking and expense tracking and reporting features were important to us.

Time and expenses tracking - it is good forme
PROSI like the layout - clear - I love the visual timeline for workflow with comment boxes etc
CONSThe invoicing and reporting doesnt work yet - it should def have a place where staff and admin and everyone can chat - an admin and a staff may talk about a project a long time before it's assigned or approved - in my experience - we talk all day on slack before anything even happens (for months).

Love the time tracking function
Good.
PROSThe time tracking function, as it helps us a sign costs to projects and helps us review employee time management.
CONSA can ban board would be great, as it will give use a more global snapshot of where every project is at any given time.
