Now a Vital Part of our Business
Overall experience is great. The customer service has been fantastic, Coretime's time tracking & project management has become a vital part of our business, something that we could not operate without now. It really helps us manage projects more efficiently and understand the time gone into client retainers at a higher level.
PROSA straight forward platform to use which has helped the business have a better overview of what time has been executed for each of our clients for Blue Digital. Coretime does exactly what we need it to do and has become a vital part of our business since implementing it. The integration was straight forward and the software itself is perfect for what we needed.
CONSn/a - no cons at this stage, we have had the software for over 6 months, and it has now become a vital part of our business.

Coretime - user and admin perspective
We moved from a bespoke digital system to Cortime to give us a system which was more compatible with developing it infrastructure. It give us a more accessible system which is easy to administer and user friendly. Once setup and running is a great additon to any business
PROSSoftware is generally easy to use and accessible anywhere via PC, www or mobile device. Just need the correct setup.
CONSIf you're looking to transfer your exsiting data to Cortime, it quite a complext process to move information into the correct formate for Coretime to use correctly. Loss if data is high unless you have a skill professional who understand your systems in detail, what you need to cheive and how Coretime needs to have the informaiton. If you're starting from a blank canvas it's allot easier. Our data took, best part of 3 months to transfer.
Reasons for switching to Coretime
Avoid compatibility issues with outdate operating systems and bring business process up-to-date

Not for the faint-hearted
Have used on a relatively basic level for a long time, with few issues. As soon as we upgraded (at high cost) to multiple additional modules the issues started to become very apparent such that we have had to make significant compromises. Overall, the software seems poorly tested and you basically end up finding lots of bugs for the Company that shouldn't be there. If these were resolved quickly, then it would be fine, but the support is slow, pricing wasn't transparent (so ended up being costly) and customer satisfaction seems to be a low priority for company. This is a shame as the software seems to have potential.
PROSData export features and ease of use at a basic level.
CONSImplementation is not for the faint-hearted and because of the various issues takes a lot of time and effort. The system is rather buggy and support response time to issues is very slow even when paying a lot for this - this has caused a lot of frustration and delays to full implementation.
Reason for choosing Coretime
Using the existing basic system for a long time, so familiarity, and initial cost.

Keeping on track with Coretime
Coretime has been beneficial to us as prior to its installation we did not have any form of client database and so whilst it is primarily used for its time recording capabilities it is now also being used as a database for holding all client information such as address, contact telephone number and email details.
PROSThe software is easy to use and works well for what we need to use it for. If there are any issues or problems they are easily resolved by emailing/telephoning Onesys Customer Service staff who are very knowleagable and helpful.
CONSFor our Estate Management clients some of the time recorded is chargeable and so is to billed but some can fall under 'management' which falls under a commission charge. There is currently not an 'option' to mark the time recorded as either chargeable or managed which would make it easier to separate the two when it comes to billing those particular clients.

Does what it says on the tin
Flexible and robust, in 10 years of use it's improved our reporting no end.
PROSSimple to use and easy to configure and it's easy to write custom SQL reports
CONSLong delays for bug fixes while Sage were running it, this seems to have improved since Onesys took it in house.
Reason for choosing Coretime
Cost and simplicity
