I really enjoyed the client reporting functionality of the Covered Press tool. They have several different template options that allowed for a nice, customized template to be shared with clients. The reports were also easy to build and easy to send.

Like most media monitoring portals, the media hit pickup was relatively inconsistent. The nice thing about Covered Press however is that they are new to the marketplace and are very open to change suggestions.

The support team was VERY HELPFUL if I had any questions or even just helping nagivate the system in the early days of our membership. The cost value of your media hits is really the most outstanding part of the service. It allows us to show our bosses the value we're offering.

The ease and ability of use makes this a recommend for fellow PR professionals. The tools they use to pull your media hits and also show you a cost value for the publicity is outstanding and blew my bosses away when they realized how much work our marketing team is actually doing and generating coverage.

Early on they had some bugs to work out, but after the BETA stage the support team worked hard to iron them all out. NO issues after the early stages.

Everything is automated and streamlined. The platform was so easy to use, and the ongoing support has been EXCELLENT.

So far I haven't found anything I don't like. I am sure I will be recommending more features, but to date the platform has been amazing.
