Reliable service

very reliable and customer services is sound

PROS

Ease of use and accuracy is king. I know that when I log into Medianet, i will access what i need in a timely manner and get on with the job.

CONS

The annual price increases are unjustifiable especially for a one person show - especially when the service remains the same and that competitors are knocking on my door for more cost efficient options.

I would like the search function for contacts to be better - and easier to integrate into distribution lists - in bulk as well

Easy to plan and distribute your release

It's been great and easy to use overall.

PROS

The new version of the platform makes it easy to build the press releases.

CONS

It's sometimes hard to filter contacts or understand who is going in the list.
