I work daily with Axterior and I can see a big difference in my productivity and the pace in my work. It is very convenient to use it, and I really like that it takes minimum of time to create a candidate profile, to apply a candidate to a vacancy and then to move and track on the hiring flow. It is easy to make changes if needed. Axterior also reminds you about the activities, so you won't forget to do something important.

As the recruiter I really like to use Axterior as it simplifies my daily tasks, I have all the needed information in one place, I can easily change details about the candidates or vacancies I can track my candidates and to see the steps on the hiring process. I can keep notes and feedbacks which helps me to process the candidates which come back to the process in 1 year or more. And I really like to use Dashboard as it allows me to move very fast and easily to different sections in Axterior, and I can track my performance and activity there.

At the moment, I would not change anything.
