- Bad Interface; - ZERO Privacy (I requested to delete my account and they informed me that the account has been deleted, but I still see an error in the login page telling me that this account is disabled, means that the email and some other information related to me and my company is still exist in their database. And I still getting their marketing emails until this moment, and now they don't answer my emails, I can prove that for anyone). - The focus on money only, the don't let you see the contact details of the employees that apply to your job. You have to subscribe for having the contact details of some people that 90% of them will be rejected!

There's minor delays in job postings appearing across all platforms simultaneously, which could be improved.

- The website sometimes "shakes" when loading. - Some candidates from the applicant pool are not suitable for our vacancy.
