A Recruitment Marketers Dream

PROS

I love the surveys / chat bots where candidates can easily update their details and it automatically updates on Job Adder. This has made a massive impact on our data hygiene efforts and ensures we have the most relevant information for our candidates.

CONS

That there is no option to send emails / marketing emails at a specific time.

Reason for choosing Roi-AI

They were everything we were looking for in 1 product rather than using 3-4 different providers to achieve the same outcome.

Reasons for switching to Roi-AI

As it didn't integrate with our ATS and we couldn't properly track the customer journey through email etc.

We love hearing examples where customers have been able to remove 3-4 other products for our single solution, making things simple is one of the reasons we got started! Good news on the email scheduler too, we've just launched a function to enable this to happen.

Great solution

Very good experience

PROS

ROI-AI let's us automate a lot of activities in JobAdder, plus the marketing solutions link to our ATS too so no exporting and reimporting to different systems.

CONS

UX needs a bit work and it's not as intuitive, however their support team are amazing

Makes automation of admin tasks easy - set and forget

Switching between automation and email screens can cause some confusion when trying to kick of a campaign, theres lots of jumping around between screens and the pop up is an unnecessary frustration!

A great product with brilliant aftercare support

PROS

The ease of creating automations, setting up eye catching and professional marketing emails. Roi-AI facilitates greater connection with our audience and supports our team to continue to grow and develop relationships.

CONS

None. The program continues to evolve its functionality and the Customer Support team are a wealth of knowledge and ideas.
