Overall - it does what it says it does.If you have a job opening and you want a really tight community referring you people while having all technical features to manage that process - R is probably something you should give a spin. I like it and we got some really good candidates for couple of positions we had. Now, I think we are not the best ICP here, as we are big advertisning/performance advertising crew so I usually hire media buying specialist, and Recrooit is dev-first community so we needed some time to get first referral rolling in - but it was actually really good talent after the wait.For the flip side of the coin, if you are tech first company looking for developers/engineers, then you should probably give Recrooit a try right about immediately as the community is really leaned towards those roles and it can be a butter.

I really love the idea that a community can suggest open job role to their friends/ex-coworkers and their community in general. It's pretty much like when you have a happy and satisfied client refers you new work, only this is for employees. I didn't use the platform that excessively but for our needs - it works the charm.

I had several questions about specific things I needed / wanted to achieve but I can't really say its platforms issue - it's more that I have 0 knowlege about recruiting - but support team was on top of their game so I don't really have any specific thing I don't like.

I’d like to see more openings on Recrooit and more non-tech jobs. I have referrals for those.

We started using it because we couldn’t hire senior Engineers. Shortly, we received referrals and started interviewing candidates. In 3 months we hired high-profile Software Engineers which we couldn’t do on our own for 9 months. Thanks to the Recrooit’s community of referrers we got the job done fast.
