They are pretty responsive and take the feedback from customers seriously and they do new developments and all customisation requested which is very good. It’s been are some experience using their software and I don’t want to switch to any other system.

It has all the components of a clinic like receptionist role, Emr, digital prescription, pharmacy, labs, billing etc into one system itself. So I don’t have to buy multiple software, everything can be done by NH Circle. I love the digital prescription part, it saves so much of my time due to favourites option. They have really simplified it for doctors like me whose handwriting is difficult to read.

A training document if was provided, would be cherry on the cake.

The intervention of technology helps cater a larger diameter and also strengthen individual relationship with patient which is awesome.

The large data in hospitals and it's security and backup has been the biggest concern always which is now sorted.The simplified method of operations is too relieving.
