Bugpilot is customer support software that automatically collects details to resolve issues faster and troubleshoot bugs reported by users. Bugpilot automatically captures screen recordings, screenshots, and logs from users and transforms them into detailed bug reports. It allows users to easily record their screen to highlight issues. The software provides video session replays so support agents can replicate bugs and identify the root cause. By automatically gathering details like screenshots, recordings, and system logs, the software automatically recreates and diagnoses issues.

Automated bug reports with all the data you need

Absolutely great piece of software develoment innovation - if you can get you hands on a lifetime deal on it you should definitely go for it.

PROS

Automated bug detection - I mean, just how cool is that alone? No more wandering, testing across devices and the back and forth communication of trying to extract techy information from non-techy end users. Bug sessions can be recorded and you can easily see what problems users experience, and you get all the tech info about the problem to solve it right away. There are also some great integrations to make sure you never let a user down and a bug unnoticed.

CONS

Even though I don't like sugarcoating reviews, there's just nothing to dislike at this stage. Will update the review in the future if something comes up, though it seems unlikely.

Bug reporting has never been easier

PROS

Once bugpilot was added to our website it was super easy to use it. At first, we used it on our accounts when we were trying to replicate our customer's bugs, but then the magic happened and bugpilot released an Intercom extension which is amazing. It makes collecting all necessary information for our QA and Devs much easier- especially when we're dealing with our users who are not too great with computers :D

CONS

There's nothing I dislike about this product, there's been a few times when it wasn't working too well, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] addressed the issue immediately after I told him, so it was fixed immediately.

PROS

Recording bugs by users and uploading console videos. A simple way to help a customer solve a problem. The tool is intuitive. Easy contact with support. Nice customer care.

CONS

Reports upload without a name, it is hard to distinguish them in the list.

All good!

Very nice, I am happy to have it.

PROS

Ease of use, in terms of sending and reviewing reports, recording reports (chrome extension, which does not need to install the tool in the software)

CONS

As for the start-up age, the toool changes fastly. And sometimes the team drops some solutions which were good for me personally
