The software shows how you're performing across the web, and it highlights positive and negative keywords that are helpful for us to understand how people like/dislike us.

This service actually works. In trucking, reputation matters, we were dealing with some very low ratings. So, we decided to give Ireview a shot, it outperformed our expectations, and it was like a cheat system. Our online star rating has improved dramatically since the inception of using their software.

There isn't anything we like least, as long as we get as many 5-star ratings as possible, we're happy.

I love the constant updates, they make the software better. The only thing I would want to change is for it to have a mobile application.
