Smoothest platform to use and it actually works!
Magic was super easy to set up. I was looking for a platform to help increase reviews and overall awareness for my burger truck. I am super busy with a day time job and my burger truck is my side hustle so I really needed to save time and Magic did exactly that.

Reviews and SMS, perfect combination for local businesses!
Magic really understands the need of small businesses. Their team helped us a lot with onboarding and giving up local insights into how we can better utilise the software to grow our business more. I am still in directly contact with our account executive [SENSITIVE CONTENT] every week. Super helpful.
PROSThe software REALLY works. We were able to triple our reviews after the first month. The best part is how easy it is to use. Most of the work is done for you with templates so you just have to connect current reviews sites and you are ready to go. Being able to contact customers via SMS is another big plus. Response rates are much higher and faster.
CONSSo far, not many complaints. Our team has found it very easy to use and definitely worth the value.
Reasons for switching to Magic
Reputation.com was harder to use and more expensive. Their customer support team were slow in replying and lacked the messaging and SMS features that we really needed.

Magic's patient communication features have been a game-changer. We can send automated appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and educational resources, keeping our patients engaged in their recovery journey. Magic offers customisable templates for patient communication, which allows us to personalise our messages and provide a more personal touch to our care.
CONSThe cost of Magic, especially for smaller practices, may be a consideration. However, the efficiency and improved patient engagement it brings more than justify the investment.

Magic is a game changer for my small business
Overall, my experience with Magic has been great. The platform is user-friendly and the customer support team is always quick to respond and helpful in addressing any issues or questions I have. Magic has helped me streamline my marketing efforts and improve my online reputation, ultimately leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
PROSI like how easy it was to manage my online reputation with Magic. The Reviews product is especially helpful, allowing me to quickly respond to reviews and stay on top of my customer feedback. The text marketing feature has also been a great tool for me to engage with my customers in a more personalised way helping us to increase campaign revenues by 60% vs the same period last year when we were just using email marketing!
