Ordorite is a fully cloud-based retail management solution specifically designed for furniture, bedding and multi-store retailers. It has features to manage all business aspects including point of sale, product catalogue functionalities, warehouse management, delivery and logistics, customer service, business management and analytics.

Ordorite offers retailers a point of sale, as well as an interactive KPI analytical dashboard to show some key financial figures including yearly sales to date, current weekly sales by store, and heat maps to locate hot spots of customers. The customer service feature allows users to manage customer information, sales orders, items to be delivered and assign tasks and actions against orders. Users can also generate custom reports based on specific parameters which help them to spot trends and make executive business decisions.

Additionally, Ordorite provides a full business intelligence suite, website integration and advanced professional stock management that allows retailers to manage their main products and the components that make up the products in their warehouse.

Support is offered to users either on-site or remote, at any time, weekday or weekends.
