Easy to use and simple to learn

I like the solution, and it’s better than anything I have come across thus far.

PROS

I like the product feature that allows me to sort competitors based on their amenities. It allows us to set better benchmarks for the prices we wish to charge.

CONS

There is no way to identify specific unit-related attributes such as pent house, waterfront view etc.

RealSage Price Review

I have had a good experience using the solution thus far and am happy to see constant improvements since we started using the solution last year.

PROS

I like that the solution offers an easy way for us to analyze market competition and also helps us identify relevant competitors. This saves my team’s time and helps me stay on top of my competitor’s pricing.

CONS

I’d like to see more data on the age of the building on also information on any improvements made to the units and how they affect the pricing.
