Unique carbon accounting platform with an emphasis on Scope 3
I appreciate that the focus of Avarni's product is to support professional services contracts. The incentives are aligned for deep partnership. Their customer service is a real differentiator.
PROSAll Scope 3 features, including AI/ML footprint estimator are unique. Supply chain vendor engagement capabilities and out-of-the-box scenario planning features are super useful!
CONSI would like to move from scenario planning directly into roadmapping without leaving the platform.

Using Avarni for Scope 3
Overall the experience was very positive and we saved a lot of time using the automatic emission factors setting.
PROSEasily import and export lots of data and automatically match the data with the appropriate emission factors.
CONSI need to translate the data to English before uploading and manually verify each classification before calculating emissions. But since the software uses AI for that we expect that this difficulty will be resolved soon.
