We believe in simple licensing, with no hidden feature up-sells, all features included, no per user licensing, and this all for an affordable price. You pay one price per company (workspace) you manage, which includes up to 50 collaborators (users + contacts). If you are a consultant and a single company (workspace) is not enough, you can purchase a consultant pack license where you get 5 workspaces (one for you and 4 for your customers/different entities you manage). In each of these workspaces you can again add up to 50 collaborators (users + contacts) without extra fees (basically more than enough to manage any small to medium sized company).

Thanks to such level of Digitalization, the ISO 27001, the GDPR compliance was definitely easier to commit to, in confidence and with professionalism. Many of the challenges typical of Governance Risk Compliance(GRC) have been addressed with ease Because of the way how the software is developed, the users have still the agility for changes and improvements without costly efforts, a capability not common.
PROSThe facility to test in trail mode the platform. The exceptional support, helping transforming the abstracts thoughts into the platform's artefacts. The facility to implement recors, workflows, document properties, forms ... without coding or external advisory.
CONSin the world of Compliance there are always missing features; Despite that, the Provider was flexible in allowing the declaration of bugs/improvements, they committed over a timeline for the improvements and corrections and they proposed in a constructive way alternatives of implementation with the existing features.

Awesome product!
A product easy to use which helped our company during several certifications processes. It fills all our ISMS needs.
PROS- This software embeds all mandatory features for a good ISMS. - Risks Analysis and KPIs tracking are very efficient. - The distribution feature allows you to quickly share a group of policy with employees or with external auditors. - This software is also a Document Versioning Solution on its own. This is very useful to track the evolution of your policies and processes. - Great product team. They constantly improve the product and they take into consideration improvements ideas.
CONS- The interface is very functional and it would be nice to have it a bit prettier.
