Pros and Cons
Ease of use once the user understands how it is organized (like "individual" and "corporate"). I love the single scans and monitoring feature.
CONSBatch checks - the user needs to understand the excel file, fill it in correctly and what results following the scan does not look official (unlike the single checks). Also, it is not easy to click and see all the names that were scanned in the batch.
