The one stop solution is great for our company.
PROSGreat app, and fully integrated with other Microsoft applications. Easy to use and navigate. Great support and after sales service. Endless range of capabilities. Cloud based and easy to access from other facilities. It has very powerful analytics. Great security. All data is centralized.
CONSIt is expensive and sometimes has performance issues. It has endless customization capabilities that can also be a curse.

We are already using all Microsoft products. This is also to be more caplable in doing stuff.

CONSits initial complexity and potential learning curve, which some of our users find challenging. We are still learning the extensive feature set and it will take some time for users to fully grasp all the tools we have available now.
