Complete Game-Changer! Love this tool!
It's been really good. The people that work there are very friendly and professional as well, which makes it easier whenever we have questions.
PROSThat we finally can have all our supplier data in one place and that it integrates with almost everything without any hassle! Their global attribute library has really been a game changer for us when creating self-assessments since it saves us so much time and gives us confidence that we're covering all aspects. Kodiak Hub's platform is also very easy to use and has a nice looking, modern interface which just feels nice to work in day in and day out. They really listen to their customers and our requests! Last but not least, this tool has really helped us improve our supplier relationships and performance since we have all data in one place which allows us to collaborate and find out where action is needed much easier than before.
CONSI can't really see any cons - it really is so much better than our old tool SAP Ariba

It was too clunky of a tool with too many unneccessary features and very hard to customize into our needs. Also, it was way more expensive.

Making Supplier Management Easy - Very Satisfied with Kodiak Hub's SRM System
- The people working there are great partners and we feel we have a real partnership - The system is easy to use - It consolidates all our Supplier Information into one hub, we can deep-dive into supplier performance, share reports, monitor suppliers, understand where risk may be, see an audit trail/history and collaborate internally
CONS- no real cons so far as I'm concerned. We're happy

Very Impressed by Kodiak Hub!
We are very happy with the SRM system and their support!
PROS- Ease of use & a design that's simple to understand and learn - The collaboration and notification features - The supplier risk rating map - Features for Supplier Evaluations/Assessments - Media Monitoring Tool
CONSSo far, we haven't really found any cons worth mentioning
