Staffbridge Software
Staffbridge, if used appropriately by internal staff and staffing agencies, is very beneficial in the fact that it saves time by cutting out numerous phone calls to core staff and staffing agencies for coverage of open shifts. Agency staff are able to see our openings and match themselves to shifts they would like to fill vs relying soley on the agencies to make those calls as well. The reports within Staffbridge are beneficial in looking for call in trends by employee. Additionally, Staffbridge helps maintain credentials for core and agency staff and will not allow scheduling if they have expired licensures. Another positive with Staffbridge is that we only receive one invoice vs from 6 different staffing agencies.
CONSThe only issue we have ran into, which isn't a Staffbridge problem, is that the staffing agencies don't consistently look at our needs within the software, especially their after hours staffing personnel, still requiring us to make phone calls for coverage.

Makes it easier to communicate needs to staffing agencies. Often still had to alert separate from the software that shifts were open for them to staff.
PROSEasy for staff to use. Gives them their schedule in real time. Ability to check schedules at anytime. Very supportive company, responds quickly to needs.
CONSWould like it to do a better job of printing out documents. Also would like alerts to when there have been text messages received.
