Seamlessly and easily evaluate vendors
Made a monotonous process that no one wanted to do easier and more manageable. Every issue we have had with the platform we have raised with ThirdPartyTrust, they have made the necessary changes to address.
PROSThe overall process to integrate vendors is simple. Very responsive to feature requests and suggestions. Review questionnaire answers easily. Overall makes a monotonous process much easier.

ThirdPartyTrust has helped us to streamline our vendor security reviews and risk assessment process.
A more streamlined and efficient security review and assessment process. Less paperwork and back and forth between us and our vendors was a significant benefit as well. A centralized one stop shop for all vendor related material and documentation. Also, a nice dashboard showing us at a glance, our vendors and their risk posture throughout our organization.
PROSThis solution provides a one stop shop for all vendor related security assessments. All responses are recorded within the online application, and all documentation is organized based on category and type of document. It has eliminated the need for us to constantly email or call vendors with specific questions related to their responses (this can now be done inline using the discussion feature). We receive breach notifications, a security scorecard for the vendor and also notifications regarding any documentation that might be expiring. We can easily setup the vendor for defined review cycles. By utilizing the Risk Impact section, we are able to cater our assessment based on the risk to our organization, and drive certain requirements as part of the review. There are multiple ways to enforce requirements (including labels, breaches, etc...) We currently do not use those options as of yet, but the ability to do so is there. All in all, it has helped to streamline our security review and assessment process. In addition, new features are always being added, and the vendor is willing to listen and enhance their product, as necessary, to help create a better product. Their support department is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues or address any questions.
CONSAs of this writing and the changes implemented by the vendor throughout their release schedule, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Originally, there was a lot of back and forth using email and calling to have vendors clarify some of their responses. Now that this gap is filled, I can say that our biggest hurdle has been addressed.
