Scout RFP Intuitive RFP Creation and Management
Scout RFP enabled us to streamline our RFP process while maintaining compliance with our internal policies and procedures. The solution provides the standard functionality that you would expect from an online RFP tool and much more. These functionalities include easy RFP uploads, automatic scoring, communication and analysis tools to name a few. Scout RFP's intuitive RFP creation process allowed us to reduce the amount of missed process steps with minimal user training. Managing supplier and stakeholder communications in one platform was also a huge timesaver for us. We experienced no supplier complaints, which for those who utilize e-procurement tools know, is often a battle. Comparing the functionality to other tools in the market, the price point cannot be beaten. I would highly recommend Scout RFP.

Scout RFP review
Our prospect invited us as the supplier/vendor to use Scout RFP to submit our proposal. Scout RFP is beautifully designed, easy and simple to respond to each question, attach request documents, add attachments, and add bid details like a cover letter or executive summary. I like that we were able to invite others in our company to join and to provide their responses in real time. I appreciate the automated deadline email reminder especially since I had multiple bids due around the same time. Other positive features include the ability to download the bid questions to Excel, to import of the bid questions and answers back to Scout RFP, to download requested documents and attachments to a zip file, bid preview, and ability to print the bid. However, the cloud software was often slow and unresponsive. In order to continue, I had to kill the application and relaunch it again. Other drawbacks include the inability to include files, graphics, tables in the response to a question; inability to determine where the errors are before bid submission; inability to quickly determine unanswered questions; inability to go directly to a specific section to add/edit responses (when click on the Edit button for a section);

Scout RFP makes the enterprise buying process painless for both buyers and suppliers with its simple and intuitively designed cloud-based platform. Our product is in use by customers from a wide range of markets, including technology, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, hospitals, universities, and more. We believe simple to use and beautifully designed software provides the best solutions.Overall a great experience at a true start-up, but don't expect any of the "cool" stuff that comes along with working at one. If you're into that kind of thing, then this might be the place for you! Everyone eats lunch together at a big picnic table in the kitchen. The product is definitely going to make a difference.
