Shipup helps reassure our customers !
The benefits are that we have very few customers writing to us about their delivery, they seem to be very reassured compared to the past.
PROSWe like the fact that it helps our customer follow up their shipments in a customized way that is more qualitative than the regular emails sent by Colissimo or other transporters. The Shipup page is good looking too. Also we really like that the customers can leave a review, we follow the NPS score on shipup every week.
CONSWe had a little issue at first with Shipup because the integration with Mondial Relay was not working great. Otherwise we are happy with the app, even if it is slightly expensive ! And sometimes the amount of notification is big and not super easy to sort out.

With more than 4 carriers offered on our site, Shipup is a very good way for us to have centralised management of our orders and shipments.
PROSThe integration on the site is a real success, and thanks to the work of the shipup developers, with a little customisation we end up with a product that is perfectly adapted to our CMS
CONSWe're still waiting to be able to test the smart delivry estimate, which unfortunately takes a long time to deploy...

Shipup does things right
It is automated and inexpensive compared to the major other options out there
CONSIt is missing a lot of features. If you want to really customize it isn't as good. However if you want something out of the box this one is good.

Great software!
With Shipup we're able to keep control over the warehouse performance and identify issues with shipping to certain countries. Based on those reports we have removed some from our shipping options.
PROSThe product is very easy to use, the integration was quick and we're now able to better track our packages.
CONSReports could be easier to create. Templates would be helpful.

Very pleased with ShipUp and the support team
ShipUp is a cool tool to help my customers have information about their deliveries. The team is very fast to reply and they always find a solution. They always have new projects and the solution is getting better and better. I am globally pleased with ShipUp.
CONSI think ShipUp could improve the Prestashop connector so that merchants can set up filters on order themselves. Currently, I have to write to the support. It's a very small inconvenient.
