Thank you for the feedback, Emily. We know how valuable competitive data can be, and the ease of use is something we are tackling head on. You may have noticed some simplified UI features already this year. Navigation and metrics are two examples of where we've recently simplified things. And we're still going!

I'd recommend ListenFirst 11/10 times!

Love it. Love the support team. They make my job easier.

PROS

I like that you can compare response rate instead of engagement rate to take into consideration size of following.

CONS

It's a bit slow and the UI isn't up to par with other competitors.
