The filtering options and ad-hoc searching feature are great. The customer support is really what stands out to me, as it is so much better than what I have ever gotten with any other social media tool.

It's a complex tool, so adoption can take time. It's not as intuitive and easy to learn as some of the other social listening tools I have used in the past.

Synthesio's attention to research-based uses of social listening is unmatched in the industry. Our customer success team at Synthesio acts as a true extension of our in-house team, and I feel comfortable having Synthesio work directly with my internal stakeholders across the business.

Synthesio offers an easy-to-understand user interface that has been accessible even for our new/novice users. Don't be fooled by the manageable front end - Synthesio also offers powerful AI/text analytics and a huge variety of data visualizations that meet the needs of advanced users.

Social listening sentiment has always been a challenge and although Synthesio has taken steps to address this issue through more advanced text analytics, sentiment accuracy could still be improved.

The overall experience is fine but it’s not a key player in any area.

Quick flashdash feature doesn’t use mention limit, good coverage, great customer support. Insightful widgets

You have to constantly reapply the filters when ever you double click on a widget or change the view. You automatically see all the query’s at once so can’t share a view with clients. You have to clean the dashboard when it reaches a limit. Can’t just keep for on going tracking.

Great product that always keeps us ahead of the curve.

I like how complex is the reporting after the new feature BI-style reporting because this helps me when I meet and explain to the management board. There are many customization options which is something important for me. It helped me to figure out which verbal and visual messages appeal to our consumers.

Currently I don't dislike anything about this product because it has the all functionality I was looking for.
