Quantum AI WorkSpace Manager

Quantum AI WorkSpace Manager is an enterprise level Space and Reservation solution that has been in the market for 20 years, but just recently being provided to mid-market clients. We offer 4 different license types to access all the capabilities of the solution, highlighted and explained below. 1. Base License - $200/mo. Space Planner, Move Manager or Reservation Coordinator role. This is a named user license who can create, edit and delete records in the system. They will execute moves, plan strategic move scenarios, move groups of people, assign spaces by department, change space types and assignments, coordinate multiple reservations, etc, etc. 2. Limited Base License - $125/mo. All of the capabilities listed with the Base License, but their access is limited to being logged in for 60 hours/month. 3. Approver License - $100/mo. Manager, Director and Approver role. This is a named user license who enters the system to approve Move or Reservation requests, view dashboards for occupancy and space efficiency, pull reports, etc, but will otherwise have Read-Only access. 4. Limited Approver License - $65/mo. All of the capabilities listed with the Approver License, but their access is limited to being logged in for 60 hours/month. 5. Move Requestor License - $130/mo per 500 requestors These licenses are purchased for each block of 500 assigned users in the system who will be requesting, assigned and moving spaces within the portfolio. 6. Reservation Requestor License - $650/mo per 500 requestors These licenses are purchased for each block of 500 assigned users in the system who will be reserving cubes, offices and meeting rooms within the portfolio.
