Using this software adds to the overall experience for my patients.

Pros

The visual report makes it real for the patient.

Cons

I need to sign on using a US accout though I am from Canada

Pros

Links to the cloud and provides realtime monitoring.

Cons

Lots of competition out there. Will need to keep releasing new features.
