Over all this has been great. We are able to see more and more patients this way. Patients appreciate the option for telehealth visits and how easy it is to use with just getting a link to their phone or email, click and they are in the room chatting with us. We now can still have appointments even if someone can't make it to the office that day. We have seen an increase in billing I'm sure.

Product is so easy to use. Whether I am in the office or on the road, I have access to accept payments, track my time for the day, have a video call with a patient, receive faxes, communicate with patients through the secure messaging module. It really is great. I don't want to forget the Office chat. The ability to communicate in the office is great, but when i'm in the field this is really helpful to get instant updates or messages. Check in with the doctors about things. I really enjoy these options.

The platform is really easy to use, so no complaints from my side. I know the company is new and rolling out new features often, so I am sure others my find some needs for their specific roles.
