Intuitive software that created a positive change for our office

In my 20+ year experience in software purchases for our office, the process is almost always the same: lots of hype and promises. After the conversion, support slides off a bit and sometimes you are left hanging. It is very stressful to convert to new software! I have worked with the folks at BMS Technologies/Accu-Trax through other business solutions they offer for many years and their customer support has been unmatched, so when the decision was made to start looking for new customer software, I felt pretty confident that this conversion would be different than all the others I have experienced. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely organized, detail oriented, and available any time I needed them. When we went live, they provided an entire week of a dedicated support team for our company. Since then, they have given us the same level of attention and care. This company is so different than any vendor I have ever worked with.

PROS

The reporting tools, roll off scheduling, intuitiveness which has created better workflow, and customer search tool have been a game changer in the functionality of our office

CONS

I do not have any negative things to say about this software. After 30+ years using other software, the data cleanup before conversion was painful, but that was to be expected. The Accu-Trax team supported me throughout the entire process.

Reason for choosing Accu-Trax Office

My experience with their customer service team, the competitive pricing, and the functionality of their product were why we chose Accu-Trax over other products. Another thing that excited me about this company is their eagerness to to add more and more features. From the beginning of this project, they have encouraged me to submit any product/feature enhancements I could think of. In just 8 months since we went live, they have already developed and rolled out several of my requests. It is so refreshing to not be stuck in the box of the software we are using. This product is flexible and the development team provides regular updates with new features.

Best account management software

We have been using Accu-Trax software since the mid 80's. We tried switching to different software in 2005 but quickly realized that was a major mistake. More expensive, less features and horrible customer service. Accu-Trax is amazing. We wouldn't be able to function without it.

PROS

Accu-trax allows us to manage the refuse side of our business and the mobile document destruction side all in one program. The scheduling features work great for the dynamic mobile shredding customers that need different service levels at different locations with different prices. Printed forms can be customized by the user. No need to call for support just to make a form change. The mobile route software is amazing! Drivers can bill customers for extras with a simple push of a button (the office can review the charges) and a picture of the extras is recorded on the customer account so the office staff can reference if the customer disputes the charge. That feature alone creates a profit making the mobile route devices a revenue generator each month.

CONS

Not many cons since the staff at Accu-Trax will quickly fix any problems.

Fabulous software for daily use

I have been spoiled to use Accu-Trax Office. We have had many specialized fixes or requests in how our company uses the software and ATO has been amazing at meeting our needs.

PROS

There have been many improvements in this software over our previous that have made daily tasks much more efficient. Customer support is amazing and prompt with any issues we have found. There is enough flexibility in how a company can set up the software that enables it to be used for almost all our needs.

CONS

The operation is very click intensive. Many functions require multiple location clicks which seems inefficient for repeated use.

Great software made by a Great company

Everyone at every level is very helpful and been great to work with. They really know their business and make sure any questions you have are answered right away.

PROS

What I really liked was the ability to capture all the account information we needed. Plus how easy it is to bill and training was a breeze.

CONS

Haven't been disappointed with anything or anyone.

Amazing software and company to back it

From the first day I called until the end of my training their team was there with me in any and every way that I needed them to be. Amazing customer service from start to finish.

PROS

This software is affordable and easy to use. I can customize it to my needs and use as few or as many features as I need to as my business grows. The software is hands down the best decision I ever made and the customer support team is above all the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I recommend this to trash haulers from 100 customers to 1,000,000!

CONS

The thing that I like the least is that I didn’t discover it years ago.
