Why I switched
Customer service and tech support was the worst. You always felt as if they HAD to help you out yet AGAIN.
PROSNot much. It really wasn't as customizable as others in the same category for a small water district.
CONSThe absolute worst database management. I am from the old school of "garbage in, garbage out". Not with this software. Once you input your data it was theirs. If you wanted to run a non-standard report or play "what if". Call Tech Support, pay a fee and we will get back to you.
