20+ Year Old Legacy System Upgrade
We replace a 20+ year old legacy billing system with Dynamics Billing. The legacy system had many unique features that the team from Dynamics worked closely with us to meet our needs and worked to implement a solution that gave our business additional flexibility for future growth.
PROSSystem is easy to use End users learning curve was very short Flexible Runs on a modern platform
CONSWe process millions of transaction daily and have unique billing record export requirements, back end system performance can be slow. Dynamics teams has been responsive and they are currently working with us to improve performance times. Implementation time was a little longer than anticipated.

Dynamics Billing: User Review
Overall, our experience with Dynamics Billing has been wonderful! The customer service is fantastic and has been truly incredible during our transition. Now that we've been successfully up and running for 6 months, we are pleased with how well were able to function on our own and not rely on the company to keep us running. Our previous system made it very difficult to learn how to be independent. In Dynamics, they strive to have all users and companies be as independent as possible, which is nice because they teach you everything you need to know!
PROSThe transition to this software was very easy. The team was prepared to transition us and knew exactly what information we needed. The most challenging part of the transition, was actually simplifying our original product. Dynamics helped us take our original complex billing structure, and simplify it to a much more user friendly version. We went from using 15 types of ways of doing 1 thing, to now having 1 way of doing 1 things, which makes setting up a new property very very easy! By far, the simplicity of setting up a new property is my favorite thing about this product.
CONSWhen getting to know a new product, there are always challenges in learning how things work and where things are. After learning the map of this product, finding what you need is fairly simple. The User Guide is a big help in navigating the system and/or customer service is fantastic if you need help navigating the system.

To make our day to day activities easier and to move to a product that was much more user friendly.

CONSThere are small items in payment applying and copying when setting up customers but much better than other systems we reviewed

Robust, customizable, expandable billing platform
Excellent. Great company culture, open to challenges, fast response to problems.
PROSEasy migration from other vendor. This software gave us the ability to customize our invoicing and differentiate ourselves from the competition.
