Easy to use, clean interface, great branding features!
It has been great. I highly recommend this platform for anyone looking for an efficient way to host branded virtual meetings, webinars and virtual events.
PROSI recently used Cloudpresenter for a remote meeting and found it to be an excellent platform. It was easy to set up, user friendly and had great branding features that made our meeting look professional. I was particularly impressed by the compliments from my client regarding our brand. The video conferencing capabilities were also great and I didn't have any issues with lag time or audio quality.
CONSThere are a few features that I would like to see that aren't currently there like live call to actions and evergreen webinars but I reached out to support and they were very responsive and they have them on their roadmap.

Excellent Replacement For Zoom -- Less Costly Than Many Others
At present, I can host 500 attendees and do so without concern if the infrastructure can support the session without being overloaded. The branding is quite helpful in establishing a consistent presence.
PROSIt had to have virtual meeting capability. I want to have people show up on camera... whether a present or audience member. Cloudpresenter handles it well. It also needed reasonably good audio (speaking as a producer, this is quite important).Ease of Use - You could essentially take a self-guided tour of the product and have few questions, as long as you have the time for trial and error. However, there are videos that touch on functionality in the Help / Support section.
CONSAudio is compressed. It also has noise reduction applied. I would like the opportunity to deal with as 'original' audio quality as possible... especially from my end. CloudPresenter permits you to set your own audio levels, but does not permit you to eliminate noise reduction (and I'm sure for good reason), but I'm more of a media minded individual who creates audio products, and would like the flexibility to tailor the audio noise levels.
Reasons for switching to Cloudpresenter
There were two other services I used, but did not recall their names. I wanted a Zoom-like experience, however Zoom failed to deliver on two subsequent 1000 attendee events... which ultimately resulted in losing a client. After much testing and troubleshooting with other products... Cloudpresenter was the only one that offered that similar experience satisfactorily.

PROSI really do appreciate the product's ease of use.
CONSStill in the early stages of development, but the road map promises that more features are on the way.

Cloudpresenter platform - the way forward
Creating meetings and webinars is so simple, for myself and my team. We use this for internal meetings and webinars and for video conferencing with clients too. I've tried several tools and this is by far the quickest, most robust and most user friendly platform i've used. Very pleased to have switched over and won't go back now!
PROSIt is so easy to use, no downloads and so much more intuitive and simpler to set up than the other alternatives. The quality of all video and audio is excellent and beats the other platforms i've used hands down.
CONSNothing much to say here - I moved over to Cloudpresenter for a reason and it's delivered everything I need it to
Reasons for switching to Cloudpresenter
Teams was overly complicated for our small business, we often had issues with quality and the set up was onerous in comparison to Cloudpresenter. I love how we can have our own, branded platform too, much more professional.

Cloudpresenter & 3D Virtual Projects
We use Cloudpresenter as the virtual presentation platform to support a wide range of complex global events and comms projects. The fact that we could upload and host presentation content and also resources and materials for participants made this a very safe and valuable tool when conducting events for audiences all over the globe. The ability to bolt-on fully customised 3D virtual environments enabled us to create truly unique events and delegate experiences that we would have had enormous difficulty achieving on any other platform.
PROSWe used Cloudpresenter in combination with custom-built, fully navigable 3D virtual environments to help deliver multiple conferences, awards shows, training and customer experience programmes and live broadcasts for clients in a range of business sectors and for audiences located all over the globe. The fact that we could host all presentation content with confidence, manage delegate interactions and accurately track the user experience right throughout the lifetime of each project was a huge benefit for us.
CONSIn its early days, it was a bit heavy on bandwidth, particularly with attendees using corporate VPNs but the most recent evolution of the software is much leaner and much less of a demand on bandwidth.
