Dishonest marketing and terrible customer service
PROS
Very few. Somehow CineSend has convinced many independent film festivals to use its software, despite its exploitative model.
CONSCinesend tries to confuse its users (primarily independent filmmakers) into signing up for a subscription which is unnecessary and useless to the DCP process. After a mistaken subscription is purchased, CineSend refuses to refund the expense. The DCP process is archaic; literally any other DCP software provides better value.
