We've really enjoyed the opportunity to talk directly to our customers through the platform and the customer service in that process from eStreamly has been great.
PROSIt was easy to use, and the benefits of real time conversation were amazing. It creates a unique in person experience but through video.
CONSThe payment process for accounting can be difficult based on how the payment comes in which is no different then the other accounting issues that merchants face with Shopify or Amazon. Otherwise, from a software stand point it did everything we were looking for.

Easy to use software for shoppable livestreaming
Easy to use, can upload easily products, discounts, polls and questions
CONSShould be able to be implemented with other platforms such as hybris, should be able to stream on instagram and other social platforms at the same time.

Hi Gaia, thanks for your review & thank you for been a trusted user. We actually released instagram simulcasting! With the broadcaster, a creator/ host can now go live on YouTube, Facebook & Instagram along with your website all at the same time! :)
