Improve the support process when we need to show customers how a task is performed

PROS

huge time saver given that showing video is always more practical than phone/written support

CONS

Pretty concise UI; no complaints at the moment, easy to implement and use

Very useful app integrated to Zendesk

PROS

The way how the app is fully integrated to Zendesk and easy to use. You just have to subscribe and be onboarded.

CONS

Not really a con but a lack of features that could be helpful for reporting or see how agents work with VideoReply. But they have a great customer support and especially [sensitive content hidden] who helps a lot to develop features needed.
