Awesome!!
After dealing with outrageous pricing and having to perform surgery to get any real tech support with PC Scale, TerraTrash has made a software crash, 2 missed billing periods, & learning a whole new program seem like reciting your A,B,C's. The tech support is amazinhg and always willing to help in any way, and the whole transitioning process simple as pie. TOTALLY #TEAMTERRATRASH! The only cons are route resequencing is a tad bit of a pain, (which, on the other hand- they're pushing to help with an update to make it more of a breeze! Total plus!), & the fact that they do not have route management, but I heard word from a little bird that the TerraTrash team is even working on getting something up and running of that nature too! WHAT CAN'T THEY DO???!

Great Product, and customer service
After an awful experience with Wastebooks / Desert Micro; TerraTrash was a breath of fresh air. The sales staff was honest about the product and very helpful. The customer service and tech people were fantastic through the setup process. Also I have had some bugs and product update requests that they are addressing and pushing fixes/updates for. Their support team is responsive, and they are willing to help in anyway.

PROSEasy to use (when it works correctly). Tech support are normally quickly responsive. Training is quick and easy.
CONSCONSTANT BUGS. Rude staff. In order to run a billing cycle, must call tech support first because you better expect a crash or bug or some sort of major issue. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
