An Essential Tool for Your Tool Box
WP websites can get high maintenance especially when your old customers start to modify settings, or when their new intern is a marketing enthusiast. And the best part is that you just pay for what you use. Highly recommend it.
CONSThe uptime notification even for one site is a part of paid plans.
Reason for choosing ManageWP
I asked a couple of people who were using it, and they all agreed that it's a "set it and forget it" service.

One dashboard for all Wordpress websites monitoring
For my most important websites I have daily backup, paid security check and uptime monitoring. Incredibly affordable. I get a simple overview of released updates and alerts about important security patches. I don't have to visit every single website but get a good overview from Managewp.
PROSAn incredibly stable service to easily monitor and maintain Wordpress sites. Updates and backups are easily managed and I can easily roll back an update that went wrong. Incredibly affordable and many basic features are free. Been using them for almost a decade and they just keep getting better. The support is amazing, thumbs up!
CONSThe reporting system would need an overhaul. Difficult to make attractive to the end customer and takes a long time to modify.
Reasons for switching to ManageWP
Better overview with Managewp. Don't have to dedicate a website for the administration. Managewp have better backup and security services.

CONSPricing. There are free alternatives that perform the same basic function.
Reason for choosing ManageWP
ManageWP was the fist software I used to manage multiple websites so I already have some websites configured.

CONSThere is nothing I do not like. Its one of the rare perfect tools
Reason for choosing ManageWP
A lot cheaper and far easier to use as well. And it works every time.

Managing multiple WordPress sites - cannot live without
Absolutely amazing. Any time I've needed support, they have gone above and beyond. Not always super fast to get back to me, but when it's been urgent they have responded within a few hours.
PROSThe pricing structure is awesome - you only pay for what you need and not for extras you don't need. There's a ton you can automate - set and forget. There's SO MUCH you can do - all from one place - more than just update plugins. The "Clone this Site" is my favorite - when All-in-One WP whatever fails/timeout - when Siteground's Migrator times out - ManageWP's Clone feature ALWAYS works.
CONSreally my only complain is the notification when a site gets disconnected from ManageWP, or when it returns a 500 instead of 200. I NEED to know this info ASAP.
Reason for choosing ManageWP
There's really nothing else like it. Esp not with the options to leave some sites on basic/free stuff and have other sites suped up with all the bells & whistles.
