A super powerful and yet friendly monitor for websites and servers and more!

Managing client websites involves a lot of tasks, but aside from working with the site itself we must also sleep well.If a site goes down or there are issues, we don't want to have a call from the angry client, but be pro-active, and this is where Monspark comes handy.I had a few downtimes due to the server infrastructure, and was immediately informed by Monspark, so i was able to detect the issue and raise a ticket, speeding up the fix and downtime.Another experience was related to my old hosting company, where i kept a significant amount of sites.I realized that some of them had a constant and frequent downtime of 1-3 hours per day, during night time most of the times.The 99% uptime advertised by the company quickly became about 70% uptime after i could spot this with Monspark, but in the past i never noticed such issue.It's basically our watchdog.

PROS

The ease of use for monitoring apps is very important, even with some free options i think having Monspark gives really more than this.We can monitor for SEO changes, cookies, sitemap, tech stack change and moreThese features are super and having more website to manage can easily help to break even the cost. In my opinion the Growth plan with 50 sites is amazing for agencies, it means it will cost about 12$/year per site which is incredibleDeploying a monitor takes a few minutes and we can immediately benefit from the insights it provides in a clean dashboard.I love the app!

CONS

Nothing really, sometimes the support is a bit slow to answer but i had no issue with the app itself and i consider myself super happy

User friendly monitoring with many options and an easy to use interface

Monspark has taken the worry out of website downtime and provided a wonderful solution that alerts me at the first sign of any trouble. It truly is an exceptional monitoring solution with a sleek, contemporary design and top-notch support. A wonderful service!

PROS

Monspark has made it easy to be alerted immediately when there are any issues found with downtime concerning my current hosting provider. I deal with people who use my site to book appointments, so any downtime at all can have a detrimental impact on my business and income. Monspark makes it possible for me to limit any downtime to the least amount possible. It is a breeze to configure the monitors and offers an extensive range of monitoring options, from uptime to text and image surveillance, right down to domain expiry and WHOIS checks. The support is also fast and friendly - truly a top-notch service!

CONS

There really are no cons to the service as I can currently see. The robust monitoring features and ease of use make it an ideal solution for anyone looking for a service like this.

Reasons for switching to MonSpark

Just a preference when it came to the user interface. I found Monspark's layout to be much more to my liking.

Powerful platform with room for growth

MonSpark has helped fill a gap that other platforms couldn’t allowing us to grow our services for clients.

PROS

Great set of features and configuration that allow us to cater for our infrastructure monitoring needs.

CONS

There are more false positives that we would like. Manually creating each monitor takes time and could be improved by having a template that could be used.

Reason for choosing MonSpark

The investment required compared to the gains due to features was far more favourable with MonSpark.

PROS

I think MonSpark is a good tool to check the uptime of our Agency webs. We provide a better service using MonSpark

CONS

Maybe, a preset of the setup of new monitor. For example, set the notification emails, the days of ssl checks, etc.Create an API helps us to automatize some process.
