Hosts a statuspage for Cube Cloud
The person behind this product is very responsive and was quick to build a few missing features I needed so, my experience was definitely a great one.
PROSWhen choosing a status page tool, I compared Statuspal to Atlassian's Statuspage and was surprised to learn that it wasn't flexible at all in the way that it processes incoming notifications. Basically, with Statuspage, we'd have to adjust all our monitoring & alerting stack vs. Statuspal is adjustable itself.
CONSIt might not be as polished as something built by a bigger team (i.e. UX would benefit from a couple more iterations), but overall there are no major concerns.
Reason for choosing Statuspal
Statuspal is just way more flexible and better maintained than Atlassian's "side-product".

Interworks Cloud Review - Leandros Tzanakis (Systems SRE)
Notifying end clients , resellers as well as our product engineering team for the real time critical performance incidents and metrics of our services in conjunction with the SLA uptime are the most critical features for enhancing the reliability of our products
PROS1. API for developers (programmable incidents)2. unlimited private status pages 3. SLA uptime calendar and incident history 4. maintenances5. metrics
CONS1. no so much custom options for status page design (background theme, sort out the components)2. more metrics expected at least 1:1 with the monitored services3. vice versa integration with Opsgenie4. custom incidents types should be applied on the API too 5. some minor API improvements needed
Reason for choosing Statuspal
1. More clear improved API end-point options and (we needed a automated solution for creating and updating real time incidents/maintenances)2. Uptime calendar3. unlimited private pages4. Reasonable pricing according to the plan
Reasons for switching to Statuspal
we are currently using both but we move entirely to Statuspal in near future as our official status page .1. we need an easy highly programmable API for creating and updating critical performance incidents based on our custom business monitoring logic in Statuspal2. unlimited private pages is a strong plus 3. SLA uptime calendar and incident history in calendar view is undeniably a great advantage
